1. Garments Purchased:
- All Sales Are Final, there are NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGES.

- Turnaround Time for custom orders is 10-20 Business Days depending on the current volume of orders. These days DO NOT include Weekend/Holidays.

- We do accept rush orders for an additional fee. Turnaround time varies based on garment types, requested receipt date, etc.

- Please refer to our sizing guide before making a purchase to ensure the perfect fit.

 

2. Shipping is handled via USPS and/or UPS:

Lady T. Couture is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once submitted to shipping vendor. Each item is inspected before shipping. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, file a claim with the carrier.

3. Credit Card Reversals:
- Initiating a credit card chargeback for a legitimate purchase is prohibited.

4. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Lady T. Couture reserves the right to update or modify             these terms and conditions at any time.
